Overview

A transparent and light ground floor is the base for a volume of five floors where the housing units are distributed that overlook an internal garden, with a garage in the basement.

The "MINAVIGLI - green apartments" residences are made up of 20 apartments ranging from 35 square meters to 128 square meters, and are divided into 2 one-room apartments, 6 two-room apartments, 2 three-room apartments, 7 four-room apartments and 3 multi-room apartments. An innovative concept of "diffused green" gives the residential complex the advantage of being inserted in a dynamic urban context, but enjoying contact with nature: all the loggias of the apartments are in fact enriched by a vertical plant wall that overlooks the internal garden . These large loggias, very deep and spacious, become border places suspended between inside and outside which, with large windows, create a microcosm of spaces, “in between” landscapes where to host pieces of nature to be treated with care.

A multitude of luxuriant "vertical gardens" therefore, private but which all condominiums can enjoy, overlooks the "horizontal garden" of a more traditionally condominium conception, and create welcoming lounges that become a natural continuation of the internal domestic spaces from which they are always perceptible , distinguished by a change of materials and finishes. The body of the building is articulated, despite the desire to maintain continuity with the existing context and to seek a relationship, which has always been present in Milanese architecture, of balanced composition of technical construction details and decorative elements. The play of shapes and volumes, in fact, allows a second reading register of the project, more minute and oriented towards the identification of details as decorative elements.
