Every December, Art Basel takes its contemporary art fair to Miami Beach. With two additional yearly destinations, Hong Kong and Basel, this is the most significant and popular modern art fair currently in production. Needless to say, each December, a myriad of tourists from all over the world travel to Miami Beach to attend the fair–catalyzing a boom in local businesses.
