Before Richard founded Columbus International at Keller Williams NYC, he volunteered for five years on the production of an important collection catalogue at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. While working at the Met, he decided to complement his academic path with a more entrepreneurial activity; forming the Columbus International Team. A dynamic and sociable personality, with a keen aesthetic, Richard has now been specializing in the sale of properties in Manhattan, Miami and Italy for over a decade. Richard has since become recognized as a specialist in relocation from overseas and a point of reference for people interested in the state of the real estate market.
When working with clients, Richard provides a full-service package and experience that makes his them feel more comfortable throughout the purchase process. A resident of the Upper East Side and a frequent traveler to Italy, Richard joined Keller Williams with the excitement of expanding the relationship between buyers and sellers in both countries, utilizing his ever-growing network of American, Italian and international clients. To this end, Richard is thrilled to list luxury properties in Manhattan and from the most beautiful Italian locations, catered to the American and foreign clientele. Richard was born and raised in Florence, Italy. After completing his school years, he moved to the US, graduating from Swarthmore College in 2003. He pursued his passion for Medieval Studies with a master’s degree at the University of Toronto. Following up on his artistic interests, he further obtained a master’s in Museum Studies from New York University.

Michele was born in Northeast Italy. After earning his master’s degree in architecture at IUAV “Higher Institute of Architecture University of Venice”, he moved to Florence and worked as an architect and interior designer at a major real estate development company. He has acquired considerable experience in real estate development, restoration, concepts and space planning. His work includes large-scale residential projects in the most beautiful Italian cities, including Florence, Venice and Milan. Through this experience Michele gained and created a skill set that differentiates his overall capability to provide a unique approach to real estate.
In addition to his work in the field, he obtained a Master’s in Business Real Estate at Bocconi University in Milan, where he was trained to meet the needs of the real estate market and the tastes of private and corporate clients. A m … ulti lingual, energetic architect and interior designer, combined with his sales capabilities, Michele brings a distinctive and exceptional experience to his clients. After his time in Milan, Michele moved to New York City where he joined the Columbus International team at Keller Williams NYC as a licensed real estate salesperson. He enjoys serving his clients bringing to the table his vast real estate knowledge and his ability in finding their perfect home. Thanks to his unparalleled knowledge and vision, he can assist his clients in a full-range of services, from relocation, to the sale or purchase of a home, to providing smart and elegant solutions that complement his clients’ aesthetics. Today, Michele lives in Chelsea, New York. He enjoys work with his clients continues his involvement in projects that range from private residences and condominiums to restaurants and fashion brands’ showrooms.

She was born in Chile. She studied industrial engineering with a specialization in electrical engineering. A few years after graduation she moved to Milan, Italy, to get her MBA from the Bocconi University and while in Milan she became fluent in Italian. In 2000 she moved to Miami to work at Americatel, a telecommunications company owned by Entel Chile, the biggest telecommunications company in Chile. At the time Entel Chile was owned by Telecom Italia, one of the top Telecommunications companies in Europe. Because of her hard work and client satisfaction focus, honesty and integrity, she was later transferred to work for Telecom Italia as a Marketing Director for International sales in the Latin American division.
Having worked with many international clients and having come to understand the huge transitions people make in order to relocate for business and new jobs, some of what she had been doing started her thought process to enter real estate. In 2010 she joined the team at FCM Realty Group and was very successful using her real estate license, her knowledge of business, and her international experience to merge real estate with her then profession. She is a full time Real Estate Agent now with Keller Williams Miami Beach, and she has been working in the luxury market in Miami Beach where she currently resides with her daughter and her husband.
She specializes in residential properties and has a passion for working with international clients. She fluently speaks English, Spanish, and Italian. Her goal is to help you find a home, a vacation property, or an investment property that is exactly what you want and not what others would push you to buy.

Yasmine is a real estate agent and Marketing Director for Columbus International, a team within Keller Williams NYC. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Brown University as well as a Master’s degree in Corporate Communication from IE University in Madrid, Spain.
After graduating from Brown University, Yasmine worked across many industries and in various global contexts, starting with non-profit organizations in Washington D.C., where she specialized in research, development and public policy. Primed and ready to assume a greater role in the realm of communication, she joined United Nations Radio in the Department of Public Information in New York City where she reported on all UN events and activities. Shifting her career path in an exciting new direction, she then served as Public Relations Manager of the Four Seasons Resort in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt. Fascinated with the hospitality and luxury industry, and nurturing an affinity for landscape architecture, Yasmine expanded on her marketing expertise by developing website content for one of the Middle East’s most renowned architects. She became passionate about homes and landscaping, particularly the interplay between interiors and exteriors in evoking certain moods and emotions. Upon completing her Master’s degree in Corporate Communication, she segued into real estate, leveraging her marketing knowledge, international experience and networks to help clients make one of the most important decisions of their lives.
Yasmine speaks English, Arabic and French and has traveled extensively. Together with her marketing techniques and brand management skills, she is dedicated to consolidating the Columbus International brand identity to ensure that it is a top resource for her clients. A resident of NYC, she thrives on meeting new people and building long-lasting relationships and welcomes in particular, the privilege of helping them find that one special place to call home.
