Surrounded by greenery and with a unique panorama, the property consists of several buildings of various types: the main house is spread over two levels and consists of a large entrance which leads to a small, very private, habitable terrace, on the ground floor. upstairs we find a large living room with beautiful windows overlooking the breathtaking view, another small terrace from which, with a very special spiral staircase, we reach a roof terrace with a Jacuzzi. Then we find a dining room and a kitchen. The sleeping area consists of four beautiful double bedrooms with additional bathrooms. The property is in good condition and is truly tastefully furnished. Leaving the main house, we find another property consisting of a dining room with fireplace, living room, hallway, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

We can also find a tasting room, some cellars, a further building used as a study and finally the room with the barrels and vats. The vineyards, the cellars and the farmhouse have existed for centuries and the nature of the land, combined with the mid-day exposure, is ideal for the Sangiovese Grosso, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot vines that contribute to the production of pulpy, soft and fragrant wines. of berries.

Since 1991, the company has adopted only natural fertilizers, avoiding herbicides in order not to damage the production itself but also to avoid contaminating the microcosm of bees that live in large numbers in the hives on the edge of the owned wood, producing the highly prized honey.

Il CENNATOIO is a Certified Organic Company. But it is above all the oenological art thanks to Dr. Luciano Bandini and his trusty cellarer Ildegarda Agnelli, the greatest pride of CENNATOIO: the cellars with steel vats for over 300 hectoliters and 300 hectoliters of French Barriques and Tonneaux, together with cement vats for fermentation and, last but not least, the vinsantaia, are the crowning glory of the production and aging of CENNATOIO wines.

Here is a list of the wines produced: CHIANTI CLASSICO (90% Sangiovese, small percentages of Canaiolo and Colorino); then there are the two reserves, RISERVA ORO, Sangiovese and 5% of Colorino and O’LEANDRO which has 5% Cabernet Sauvignon and ETRUSCO, pure Sangiovese. ROSSO FIORENTINO is a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, ARCIBALDO is half Sangiovese and half Cabernet Sauvignon, MAMMOLO is composed of Merlot and Sangiovese in variable composition depending on the vintage, LUTE is a Chardonnay of minimal production. Finally we find E-ALL'OMO IL VINO, another Sangiovese, the INNOMINATO Sangiovese-Cabernet Sauvignon-Merlot, and the two Vinsanto del Chianti Classico: UVAE (Trebbiano with 10% Malvasia) and the EYE OF PARTRIDGE (Sangiovese with 30% canaiolo).
