Overview
Princype is the new real estate project on the initiative of Fondo Leone managed by Dea Capital Real Estate SGR, with advisor RedBrick Investment Group, which sees the collaboration of three of the most prestigious names on the Milanese scene: Studio Marco Piva, which created the architectural and interior design project, Abitare Co. as broker agency and Milan Contract District, the design platform partner of the project for products and services related to home design.
According to Platform Architecture, the residence, located in Via Principe Eugenio, catches the attention for its iconic charm, which inaugurates a new era of living in Milan. The architecture of the building, with the large green terraces on the various levels sloping down towards the inner courtyard, contribute to further underlining the lightness of the composition, giving it impetus and evoking the tradition of elegance and style characteristic of Milan’s historic residences.
